Terms & Conditions

  1. All rates quoted are in Singapore Currency.
  2. All prices are inclusive of chauffeur, ERP, petrol fees and carpark fees.
  3. Changes to existing bookings must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time (Subject to availability). In the event, if the changes request is make less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time, resulting in us being unable to fulfill the booking, the booking will be treated as cancelled, and full cancellation charges will be apply.
  4. For free amendments in bookings, please email us at [email protected] at least 24 hours in advance or call +65 8826 3299 at least 3 hours before the pick-up time.
  5. Special Event rates apply. Rates will be calculated based on the normal rate plus a 35% peak rate for special events.
  6. Refunds due to cancellation are subject to respective bank fees.
  7. Child Seat is a mandatory for children 7 years and below. Child Seat must be specifically requested in advance and will be charged at S$15 each per trip. Please provide the child’s age during booking.
  8. Sentosa Island Surcharge applies at S$6 per entry.
  9. Late Night Surcharge applied between 23:00hrs – 07:00Hrs: S$15 per trip/hour.
  10. For non-airport pick-ups, the grace period provided will be 15 minutes from the scheduled pick-up time. Note: Your ride will be cancelled if we don’t receive any response from you when 10 minutes have passed after your grace period has ended. You will be charged for the waiting time and the Additional transfer rate will apply.
  11. For every additional stop for Transfer (Max 2 Stops), S$15 will be charged per stop. Additional stops beyond 4km will be charged as additional transfers.
  12. The limousine will wait for the passenger to arrive for a maximum of 15 minutes from the scheduled pickup time. If the passenger fails to arrive within this timeframe, additional waiting time charges will apply at a rate of $1 per minute. The passenger or booking party is responsible for communicating any delays or changes in arrival time to the limousine service provider in a timely manner. If the passenger fails to arrive within 30 minutes from the scheduled pickup time, the limousine service provider reserves the right to cancel the booking and charge a 50% cancellation fee.”
  13. Waiting time for Arrival – No charge for the first 60 mins after the actual flight landing time. The passenger or booking party is responsible for communicating any delays or changes in the arrival time to Kstar Limousine in a timely manner. If the passenger fails to arrive from the scheduled pickup time, Kstar Limousine reserves the right to cancel the booking and charge a 50% cancellation fee.
  14. Waiting time for Departure/Point-to-Point transfer – The limousine will wait for the passenger to arrive for a maximum 15 mins from the scheduled pick up time. If the passenger fails to arrive within this timeframe, additional waiting time charges will apply at a rate of S$1 per minute. The passenger or booking party is responsible for communicating any delays or changes in the arrival time to Kstar Limousine in a timely manner. If the passenger fails to arrive from the scheduled pickup time, Kstar Limousine reserves the right to cancel the booking and charge a 50% cancellation fee.
  15. Flights usually don’t arrive on time and we will constantly monitor the flight and help you avoid the wait time charges. The grace period provided will be 60 minutes from the actual flight landing time (as per https://flightaware.com).
  16. Kindly provide us the advanced notification of any excessive luggage. A separate luggage vehicle will be dispatched to your location, and charges will apply.
  17. It is also a requirement to declare the number of passengers and their accompanying luggage upon confirmation. In the event of an incorrect declaration, we reserve the rights to decline additional passengers or luggage.
  18. Strictly NO Pets are allowed in our limousine vehicles.
  19. Bookings made with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to vehicle availability.
  20. All terms & conditions, laws & regulations must be met.
  21. Booking will be confirmed once Full payment has been received in bank account. An official receipt will be issued.
  22. Payment by Credit Cards, Grab pay, PayLah, Alipay, WeChat Pay, UQ Pay
  23. Payment by credit card incurs an additional 10% in bank charges.
  24. Kstar Limousine is not liable in the event of a mechanical breakdown while on service and will only be responsible for making up for lost time at a mutually agreed date.
  25. Kstar Limousine makes every effort to ensure timely arrival and departure times in accordance with the Booking Form. However, road closures, accidents, traffic jams, and unforeseen events, etc. can cause delays. In such cases, the client will be informed by the Kstar Limousine (through its Admin or driver) and communicated with the revised times. Kstar Limousine shall be excused from the performance of its obligations in such instances. No refund or compensation whatsoever will be provided by Kstar Limousine in such instances.
  26. Kstar Limousines’ vehicles are serviced regularly and maintained to the highest levels. However, in an unlikely event of a limousine’s mechanical failure resulting in its inability to provide the services to the clients, Kstar Limousine will take reasonable actions to provide replacement transport (either in a similar vehicle or if a Vehicle is unavailable, any other form of vehicles), subject to location and time restrictions. However, in the event it is not possible to provide a replacement vehicle, Kstar Limousine will cancel the hire and provide a full refund. The client shall not hold Kstar Limousine liable for any losses, damages, claims and expenses whatsoever that the client or any of its guests may incur or suffer directly or indirectly in connection with or arising from any cancellation of the hire.
  27. Wedding Limo rental cancellations must be received in writing to us no later than (15) days prior to hire.
  28. (5) days cancellation notice before the hire date – 50% of the total booking fee is payable.
  29. (2) days or less cancellation notice before the hire date – 100% of the total booking fee is payable.
  30. You will assume full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused by you.
  31. Alcohol consumption, smoking, and drug use in the vehicle are prohibited by law.
  32. Vomit or Excessive Cleaning Fee
    – In the event that a client vomits or causes excessive mess in the vehicle, a minimum cleaning fee of S$250 will be charged to the client.
    – This fee covers the costs of deep cleaning, sanitizing, and deodorizing the vehicle.
    – If the damage is extensive, additional charges may apply to cover the costs of repairs or replacement of damaged materials.

    Additional Terms:
    – The client is responsible for any damage caused by their actions or the actions of their guests.
    – The driver reserves the right to terminate the trip immediately if a client vomits or causes excessive mess in the vehicle.
    – The client will be responsible for paying the full fare for the trip, plus the cleaning fee, regardless of whether the trip is terminated early.

    Payment Terms:
    – The client must pay the cleaning fee within 7 days of the incident.
    – Failure to pay the cleaning fee may result in additional charges, including late fees and collection costs.

  33. Kstar Limousine will not be responsible for any articles left in the vehicle.

  34. Concierge Service Hours

    1. Our concierge team is available to assist with requests during the following hours:
         – Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
         – Saturday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
         – Sunday: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
    2. Requests received outside of these hours will be addressed during the next business day.
    3. For urgent requests, please contact us at [email protected]. We will respond you as soon as possible.
    4. We recommend providing at least 24 hours’ notice for non-urgent requests to ensure availability and optimal service.
    5. For concierge payment method. We accept Cash, Credit Cards, PayLah, Alipay, WeChat Pay, UQ Pay

    Note: These hours are subject to change, and it is the client’s responsibility to verify our concierge service hours before making a request.

    By using our limousine concierge services, clients agree to these operating hours and terms.

  35. Kstar Limousine reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms under which Kstar Limousine is offered.
